Study on Talent Problem of Chongqing Cultural Industry under the New Normal Background

This paper analyzes the present situation of Chongqing cultural industry and its talent problem under the new normal background of economic development, finding that the talent training system of Chongqing cultural industry is not mature, social training platform and certification system are not perfect, the talent introduction as well as incentive mechanism is not sound, etc. Based on these findings, the paper suggests building a "government-university-enterprise" cooperation talent fostering system for Chongqing cultural industry by referring to Chongqing "five major functional areas" strategy and foreign experience.
