The invention relates to a station (22) rotorcraft piloting comprising a left seat (21) and a right seat (20) "side by side", a bracket (30) extending between the seats, two side sidesticks (1, 2), one on the right side of the right seat and the other to the left of the left seat, allowing the pilot to control the roll and pitch; a flight control system including sensors associated with mini- sleeves and a computer connected to the sensors, converts the commands applied by the drivers on the mini-sleeve actuator control signals for varying the roll and pitch; an integrated control law calculator to stabilize the response of roll rotorcraft and pitch when a mini-handle is actuated and keeps the plates roll and pitch at reference values when the two mini-sleeves are not actuated.
