CONSTITUENTS OF HIGHWAY RUNOFF VOLUME V, HIGHWAY RUNOFF DATA STORAGE PROGRAM AND COMPUTER USER'S MANUAL

The Data Storage Program (DSP) was developed as part of a FHWA-DOT Research and Development project to determine the characteristics of highway runoff. The data collected during the study is readily available to interested parties on magnetic tape with access provided by DSP. DSP was developed to: 1. Retain a large quantity of field generated data in an organized and easily accessible format. 2. Permit conversion of standard units to metric. 3. Provide a mechanism by which the data can be recalled for optional plotting or statistical analysis. (FHWA)
