표면 거칠기를 고려한 폐수 이송용 원심펌프 성능 해석

This study was performed to evaluate the effect of surface roughness on pump performance. To do this, using commercial code, ANSYS CFX and BladeGen, we simulated the effect of the outlet position of a blade(h I ) on pump efficiency with and without surface roughness. Finally comparing study between simulation and experiment results was carried out for a quantitative analysis. The results showed that surface roughness affected about 10% of the pump efficiency and shaft power. And its effect was relatively minor on hydraulic head.
