A boundary value problem for nth order integro-differential equations in a Banach space

By establishing a comparison result and using the upper and lower solutions, the author obtains the existence of maximal and minimal solutions for a boundary value problem (BVP) of nth order nonlinear integro-differential equations of mixed type in a Banach space.
