The Design and Implementation of GIS Based on Internet

This paper recommends the concept and trait of WebGIS, describes the key technique in detail and offers a way to solve the data origanization and data transmission based on Internet.At the same time, how to use ASP and ODBC in WebGIS to realize the data management is discribed. And some other questions concerned in establishing WebGIS are pointed out.
