Strategy Evaluation to Saving Water System Based on IAHP Method

The strategy formulation of water-saving system needs to consider the influence of various factors and the relations among the factors are multi-level and complicated,and uncertain and fuzzy.The evaluation model of water-saving strategy based on IAHP,divide the factors influencing the water-saving system into components,in order to study the influence degree of various factors to the water-saving system strategy quantitatively.The comparative matrix has automatic adjustment characteristic,the weight value facing to upper grade is got directly,it has better credible degree,and can provide a relible basis to assess the water-saving strategy.
