Double-chambered left ventricle due to fibroelastotic membrane: an unusual case.

We describe a rare case of a double-chambered left ventricle caused by a fibroelastotic membrane that was clearly delineated using echocardiography and magnetic resonance imaging, which resulted in successful surgical correction.
