Experimental Study of X65 Pipeline Steel in the CSP Process of Baotou Steel

Based on the complex micro alloyed technology with Nb and Ti for developing X60 pipeline steel,Baotou Steel has carried out the experimental studies of X65 pipeline steel for CSP process by adopting the complex micro alloyed design with Nb,V,and Ti,and optimizing the rolling process.Also,the trial of welded tube has been accomplished,and the synthetic mechanical properties of which satisfy standard requirements.
