General design of the resistance furnace temperature control system

In the industrial production,the temperature is a common technological parameter,temperature control plays a significant role in industrial applications and scientific research,thus,temperature control is an important task for production automation.Using minimal step control of Direct digital control(DDC),adding the voltage on both sides of the resistance wire as the inputs,furnace temperature of electric heating furnace as outputs,system-transfer function for outputs and inputs:G(s)=2(/s(s+1)),temperature control scope is(100~500)℃,so electric heating furnace is controlled.At the same time,in order to reach better control,system adopts control project and resisting-disturbance design.
