Improving the Quality of Master Thesis by Strengthening Scientific Process Management

How to improve the quality of master thesis in a short time is a problem that urgently needs to be resolved. In reality, there are many factors that influence the quality of thesis and those factors have complex interactive relationships among them. Thus simple process management doesn't often work well, therefore it is necessary to strengthen scientific process management. A method of scientific process management is proposed based on our university actuality and its definition, model and process are presented.
