Study of on line leak detection instrument in automotive fuel oil system

Aiming at the problems of the on line leak detection of the great volume vessel in the automotive fuel oil system,a kind of leak detector of the fuel oil system is designed.The system adopts the detection principle of differential pressure. which can judge the leakage of the vessel by figuring out the change rate of the gas pressure data which is collected on line and is dealt with least square fit.It realized the domestic production of on line detection of parts requested high air-tightness and great volume in automotive gasoline tank and fuel oil system.
