뿌조 607 HDI 경유승용차의 매연여과장치 재생특성분석

Diesel engines have advantages of not only durability and robustness but also lower fuel consumption and carbon dioxide emission compared to gasoline engines. However, diesel engines emit higher particulate matters(PM) and NOx, which is fatal disadvantage. In order to cope with PM emission, PSA Peugeot Citroen introduced the DPF equipped diesel passenger car, 607 HDI Sedan, in May 2000 at the ve교 first in the world. This DPF system is an active and passive combination type operated with a SiC filter, an oxidation catalyst, Cerium-Based Fuel-Borne Catalyst, and post injection technology. In the present study, the regeneration characteristics of DPF in Peugeot 607 HDI was examined on the chassis dynamometer and on-road driving test. Various parameters such as vehicle speed, engine rpm, exhaust gas temperature upstream DPF and differential pressure between DPF were measured, and fuel economy and exhaust emissions are analyzed as well.
