Layered information fault diagnosis based on genetic algorithm

Layered information is defined that collected information is divided into three layers according to the rules presented by remote protocol of power system information transmission.They are remote status information,remote measure information and wave record.After briefly analyzing the necessity of fault diagnosis,this paper accounts for the advantage of using layered information and genetic algorithm,then,the process of the layered information fault diagnosis based on genetic algorithm is described.Through the examples of a model system,the efficacy of the proposed algorithm is demonstrated.
