Towards an understanding of the behavioral intention to use mobile knowledge management

The knowledge management can quickly acquired important knowledge way by using mobile equipments via wireless network. Many knowledge management activities occur in working places and in our daily activities. Mobility may be increased self belief and work efficiency by convenience knowledge management in the mobile environments. The recent years study showed that perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness constructs of Technology Acceptance Model have been considered important in determining the individuals' acceptance and use of IT. In this study, we will introduce the convenience and the self-efficacy as new factors that reflect the characteristic of the mobile knowledge management. This paper addresses why users want be used mobile knowledge management and how user's adoption is affected by the convenience and the self-efficacy. The results showed that the research model fully mediated the usage behavior intentions even in the mobile knowledge management through the wireless network environment.
