Anterior Versus Posterior Fixation for an Isolated Posterior Facet Complex Injury in the Sub-Axial Cervical Spine

Traumatic injuries to the sub-axial cervical spine are relatively common, but can present with a wide-ranging spectrum of osteoligamentous damage.
