Study on allocation scheme of failure sample in testability validation tests based on contribution

Existing testability validation tests stratified sampling scheme based on failure rate only considers the effects that failure rate exerting on sample structure, and representation of the sample set is poor. For this reason, the paper proposed an allocation scheme of failure sample based on contribution of replaceable unit. Firstly,it defined replaceable unit characteristics vectors and contribution based on comprehensive analysis of the main factors affecting sample distribution and then solved contribution using hierarchical house of quality. The allocation scheme was given soon afterwards. Finally,examples prove the feasibility of the scheme.
