Quantification Methods in Contrast Echocardiography

Ultrasonographic contrast agents in echocardiography are a rapidly developing research field. Several new acquisition tech niques particularly suited to the acquisition of contrast images have been made available in the last few years, although the clinical usefulness of most of them is still under evaluation.
