Design considerations and performance analysis based on ripple factors and switching loss for converter techniques

Abstract The present paper work introduce a new concept of converter techniques, because this method is widely used in industries purpose. So, the present paper work mainly focuses on converter to design and simulation done in PSIM Software. The three different proposed topologies of DC-DC converters are Zeta converter, Sepic converter and Luo converter are designed and theoretical derivations taken place in this paper. Further various ripple performance factors included in this work to identify which converter is best for industries applications. The low ripple techniques will identify and the switching characteristics losses, efficiency will be find out for the proposed work. The three converters were simulated in PSIM Software and the various parameters were found out.
