Pargyline drops in glaucoma.

In this study the effect of a single-dose, local instillation of pargyline hydrochloride drops 0.5% on lowering of intraocular tension in human beings was studied. There was a significant lowering of intraocular tension in patients suffering from chronic simple glaucoma and absolute glaucoma.
