조립식 루프 모듈 차체의 구조적 안전성에 대한 연구

In a railway industry, a modularization means a sub-assembly system which consists of individual components are directly bolted to the bodyshell. Nowadays, top rolling stock manufacturing companies has applied the modularization technology as a final vehicle construction method. This technology increases the efficiency of production as simplifying the process and improves the production quality through the management in a stage of a sub-assembly. The purpose of this study is that the structural safety of the bodyshell bolted with a roof module is verified by a FE analysis and a static load test for the carbody structure built. The FE analysis and the load test are carried out according to the load cases defined in the “Technical Specification for Urban Railway Vehicle” in the revised “Railroad Safety Act”.
