Safety Control Technology for Large Size Supercritical Pressure Thermal Power Unit

In view of the feature that the steam parameters of supercritical pressure unit are high,this paper puts forward some opinions on the boiler design and the metal material selection and use of boiler etc.main equipment. In the operation management aspeet,the following works should be well done:to enhance the status monitoring of superheater,water cooling tube wall,reheater etc.locations of boiler; to strictly control the steam and water quality;to implement the timely reasonable condition - based repair of high pressure varves;and to carry out conscien - tiously the operation maintenance and shutdown protection of unit,so as to ensure the safe and reliable operation of supercritical pressure thermal power unit.
