Movement as a Cue in Person Perception

How people perceive or know their human environment and the way in which these processes are related to action is little understood scientifically. The lack of comprehensive systematic treatment of this problem is keenly felt in the analysis of interpersonal behavior, the very foundation of social psychology. Yet, for all its importance, interpersonal perception is a relatively new topic among the recognized areas in psychology.
