Conference mixer system based on VOIP

VOIP is widely used in modern communication. Based on the VOIP theory, we design the conference mixer system. It combines communication protocol, voice compression, mixer processor and network transmission. This paper shows how to realize the whole conference mixer system and tests performance of it.
