Each upper guide vane (2) and each lower guide vane (3) are the upper part and the lower part formed by cutting a space guide vane designed based on traditional methods along the middle flow line thereof, and are three-dimensionally warped. The upper guide vanes (2) and the lower guide vanes (3) are evenly distributed in a staggered manner. In the circumferential direction, each upper guide vane (2) is located near the central position of the part between two lower guide vanes (3) adjacent to the upper guide vane (2). The upper guide vanes (2) are fixed on the housing. The lower guide vanes (3) are fixed on the hub. By means of the staggered and even arrangement of the upper guide vanes and the lower guide vanes, flowing status of fluid in a space guide vane runner is improved, outlet pressure and speed distribution of the space guide vane are even, secondary flow and axial vortex areas are reduced remarkably, and accordingly pump outlet pressure pulse is lowered, and evident damping and noise reduction effect is achieved.
