Nose Trumpet: Apparatus for separating the Oral and Nasal Outputs in Speech

A SIMPLE apparatus is described here which has been constructed to facilitate the study of the acoustic correlates of nasalization in normal speech. The apparatus separates the oral and nasal acoustic outputs so that the resulting signals can be recorded simultaneously and analysed separately.
