Display device and method for compensating data charging deviation thereof

According to the present invention, a display device includes: a display panel in which a plurality of data lines are formed; a source driver which is placed at one side of the display panel and is in contact with the data lines; and a timing controller which stores input digital video data into a plurality of line memories consecutively, starts to generate an output data enable signal at the time when writing of the last line memory among the line memories starts, adjusts the pulse width of the output data enable signal for each horizontal pixel line to be fit in a predefined charge time graph, reads digital video data from the line memories through synchronization with rising edges of the output data enable signal, generates a source output enable signal having the same pulse width every time data reading of each line memory is completed, and by doing so, increases the low period of a source output enable signal in which data output is allowed as getting further from the source driver.
