PROFESSIONAL CAREER PLAN LINKED TO THE QUALITY OF THE PROCESS OF SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT COMPANIES IN THE INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY.

The studies were conducted in an exploratory manner with the aim of presenting the plan career tied to the quality of the process of software development companies in information technology, in order to analyze the motivation and professional satisfaction of the needs and expectations of the company and the client. Data were collected in the course of an undergraduate and postgraduate, both in the area of information system. The researchers' experiments, were a plus point for addressing an issue of such importance. This article, driven by the prospect of internal process, learning and growth, seeks a projection career through professional training, knowledge dissemination and storage of information obtained during the development cycle of software. In conclusion, the article, a discussion of professional motivation, how to plan career and meeting the needs and expectations of the company and the customer, as well as the quality of the process of software development companies in information technology.
