Implement Scheme of Distributed Bank Issuing Electronic Cash

In this paper, we design a system of distributed banks issuing electronic cash by utilizing group blind signature. All banks form a group in this system, and this group is dynamic:member can join this group or be revoked anytime. Any bank can issue electronic cash in this system. The electronic cash is anonymous and traceless.
