暂无分享,去创建一个
The importance of devising automatic testing of tiny torroidal memory cores used in millions in each computer is explained at the introduction. Underlying principles of storage and testing of memory cores on the basis of their primary and secondary characteristics is explained in the next two sections. The technical descriptions including logical scheme, the mechanical part, and the electronic circuit diagrams of the equipment developed in CMEL at ISI is given in the succeeding sections. Test results of the equipment including some photographs are given at the end.
