Design of Two-Part Grid Purchase Price Mechanism Based on Energy Conservation Generation Dispatching

Design of grid purchase price mechanism is the key factor that relates to whether the energy conservation generation dispatching could be successfully carried out at present and the smooth running of cost-driven power pool could be implemented in the future.Based on the principle that the interests of relevant stakeholders are kept statically unchanged before and after the implementation of the two part grid purchase price,a mechanism for grid purchase price is designed, and the design schemes for capacity price and electricity quantity price as well as corresponding adjustment mechanism are proposed, and the regulating factors for supply-demand relationship, availability factor of generation units and electrical capacity charge balancing mechanism are led in.The proposed design schemes can play the roles of maintaining existing interest allocation pattern and stabilizing electricity market in both stages, namely the current energy conservation generation dispatching stage and the cost-driven power pool in the future.
