Application of Multi-level Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation Model in the Patent Asset Evaluation Research

The paper proposes a new evaluation method for the patent asset value. This approach overcomes the uncertainty of considering factors in the use of the income approach. In addition,the fuzzy multi-level comprehensive evaluation method in traditional operation always adopted the maximum membership degree principle,making important information lost in the process of evaluation and the deviation of the evaluation result and making the real value bigger. This article,firstly,lists the main factors influencing the patent asset evaluations classificatorily. By the method of delphi method,the index system of influencing factors is empowered,calculating the judgment matrix; three-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model is established by using fuzzy mathematics principle to analyze specific patent assets,and then the final fuzzy sets can be concluded. Secondly,use the level parameters method to determine the price column to get the value of patent assets. Finally,take a patent technology evaluation of the Brass Thread of a company as an example to validate the feasibility of this method.
