Switched - Capacitor Step Down Converter를 포함한 LED Driver의 구현

This paper proposes a LED driver with Switched - Capacitor Step Down Converter. The Power Converter is made up only with switches and capacitors. The driver processes AC input voltage which has 220 Vrms making about 5.2V DC voltage and 20mA direct current. The prototype chip was implemented in a 0.18㎛ BCDMOS process and occupies an area of 3000㎛X2100㎛.
