Discussion of image quality control of abdominal digital radiography

ObjectiveTo discuss the image quality of abdominal computed radiography(CR) and direct digital radiography(DDR).MethodsTo obtain the basis for evaluation of abdominal image quality by design of various test methods, comparison of imaging structure test points of both CR and DR, as well as statistical analysis.ResultsBy statistical analyzing of different test points, the P value of structures were all less than 0.05, meanwhile, the difference of test points between CR and DR had statistical meaning.ConclusionDifferent imaging equipment has different imaging mode and principle, so when CR and DR are applied in abdominal routine photography, the acquired imaging quality and information for clinical diagnosis will be quite different, and DR will be significantly better than CR.
