GOAL-Toolkit Based Ontology for Information Entrepreneurs to Evaluate the Goals Achievement: A Research Plan

Theaimof thisconceptualpaper is toproposea toolkit toassist entrepreneurs toevaluate their organizationalgoalsachievement.Thistoolkitisdesignasaclearsetofsystematicguidelinefor organizationstoanalysetheirdatatoextractvaluethatmeetcertainorganizationalgoals.Itallows entrepreneurstomanagetheirdatabasedonacceptedgoodpractice,whichtheirorganizationscan adopttoevaluatetheleveloftheirgoalsachievement.Theimplementationofthetoolkitexplains howdatacanbeanalysedinrelationtotheorganizationalgoals.Byusingthetoolkit,organization cantracehowdataisflowsacrosstheorganizations,identifytherelevantdataandseekstodefine ametrics toanalyse relevantdata.Asa result, it improves theunderstandingof the relationship betweenorganizationaldataandorganizationalgoalsthatcanleadtoaneffectiveevaluationofthe goalsachievement.
