Multi-wire cutting machine for cutting curved surface

The invention provides a multi-wire cutting machine for cutting a curved surface. The cutting machine is mainly used for cutting rare-earth permanent magnetic materials. The cutting machine comprises a feeding mechanism moving up and down along a Z axis, a takeup and payoff mechanism, a steel wire tension adjusting mechanism, a sandblasting and conveying mechanism, a control mechanism and a control circuit, wherein the feeding mechanism comprises a sliding device moving up and down along the Z axis and a driving device. The cutting machine is characterized in that a sliding platform moving back and forth along a Y axis is installed on the sliding device; and the sliding platform and the feeding mechanism move in a synergic manner to realize curved surface cutting. A material plate to which the materials to be cut adhere is fixed on the sliding platform, then the sliding platform is moved upwards to ensure the steel wire is just in the position to be cut, the cutting parameters are confirmed and the start button is pressed down to start cutting until curved surface cutting is completed, wherein the cut curved surface is two-dimensional.
