Simultaneous Ultrasound Studies of Developmental Dysplasia of the Hip Using the Graf, Harcke, and Suzuki Approaches

The aim of this study was to evaluate the systematic use of three approaches for ultrasound exploration of developmental dysplasia of the hip (DDH) in 208 children. Grafs procedure was found to be the best and most reliable method. When coupled with the Harcke and Suzuki techniques, the diagnosis of DDH cannot be missed.
