Organic LEDs heterogeneously integrated with CMOS circuitry

The organic LEDs integrated with the CMOS circuitry were measured by driving the input to the modified current mirror. Likewise, a large area photodetector was placed above the sample and an individual pixel was measured. The resultant luminance is displayed.
