The Availability of Autologous Blood Donation in Pancreaticoduodenectomy for Peri-Ampullary Cancer

2002年9月より悪性腫瘍に対する（全胃温存）膵頭十二指腸切除術（以下，PD）に際して一定の条件化で自己血輸血を導入したのでその影響について検討した．2000年1月∼2007年4月までのPD連続135例の内，自己血導入前の38例を導入前群，その後の97例を導入後群とした．2群間で背景因子，輸血率，合併症率を比較検討し，さらに導入後群内で同種輸血を要する危険因子の同定を行った．2群間の比較にて，出血量のみ導入後群で有意に減少していた．術中同種輸血率は61%から35%へと有意に減少した（pl）と術中出血量過多（>1270ml）と同定された．
