Effect of aging on T sub c of YBa sub 2 Cu sub 3 O sub 7 minus y irradiated by electron beam

Effects of aging on {ital T}{sub {ital c}} are investigated for YBa{sub 2}Cu{sub 3}O{sub 7{minus}{ital y}} irradiated by electron beam (EB). The aging increases {ital T}{sub {ital c}}. The maximum {ital T}{sup 0}{sub {ital c}} (zero resistivity, {sup max}{ital T}{sup 0}{sub {ital c}}) depends on the {ital T}{sup 0}{sub {ital c}} before irradiation. The higher the {ital T}{sup 0}{sub {ital c}}, the higher the {sup max}{ital T}{sup 0}{sub {ital c}} becomes. The effects are explained by x-ray diffraction peaks.
