Experimental Research of Dynamic Grouping and Asynchronous Mutual Aid Teaching Methods in the Women Speed Skating Course in Northern Universities

For a long time,women speed skating course is a weak point in physical education in northern universities. For most of women undergraduates,the goal of masterly having the speed skating skill and playing the healthy effect is not arrived at. In order to change the current status,with multi methods,the article has an experimental research of dynamic grouping and asynchronous mutual aid teaching for effectively solving the problem. The results indicate that the teaching method may effectively meet the various learning requirement from different level women undergraduates,realize the improvement of their speed skating skill on the whole,arrive at the healthy goal and social communication function. The method can observably improve the teaching effect of women speed skating course in northern universities.
