다짐불요 콘크리트의 개발 및 시공상 문제점에 관한 고찰 ( THE CONSIDERATION ON THE PROBLEM IN THE CONSTRUCTION AND THE DEVELOPMENT OF NO-VIBRATING CONCRETE )

Concrete is of essential structural materials. However, careful placing by skilled workers on site is vital for constructing durable and reliable structures. Reduced durability resulting from improper placement is a major defect of concrete. In order to improve the reliability of concrete, it is necessary to possess not only high flowability but also segregation resistance. And it is developed to promote saving labor during placing and rationalization of construction which is expressed excellent self-compactability with no-vibrating. However if it is placed with intuition and experience done such no-vibrated concrete as ordinary concrete, it brings about problem unexpected. Therefore, this study will describe the performance of no-vibrating concrete and the difference between no-vibrating concrete and ordinary concrete about design of formwork, concrete compactability, pumpability, placing of concrete and cost
