A key management method of wireless sensor network

This article studies the evaluation metrics for pair-wise key managements in wireless sensor network. In viewing that the wireless sensor network is different from conventional network, firstly the limitation exists in wireless sensor network is discussed. These limitations will influence the management solution and security technology in the network. Then aiming at the specialty of the wireless sensor network and its characteristics, a series of pair-wise key management evaluation metrics is proposed. Finally, according to the actual situation of current wireless sensor network pair-wise key management research, analysis and comparison between the existing two type of pair-wise key management solution is made according to the evaluation metrics proposed in this article. Referring to analysis conclusion of this evaluation metrics, proper pair-wise key management solution can be chosen according to different environment of application.
