Dynamic Threshold Voltage 제어 기법을 적용한 고효율 DC-DC Boost Converter 설계

In this paper, the high efficiency DC-DC boost converter applying Dynamic Threshold Voltage Control Technique is proposed. The proposed circuit is designed to increase efficiency using DTMOS to switch device and error amplifier. The proposed circuit is simulated by HSPICE with a TSMC 0.13um CMOS process parameter.
