Image-based visual servo using zoom mechanism

This paper presents a method of image-based visual servo including zoom control. We propose an image processing method for extracting the target image from the visually complicated background and a zoom control method for securing the view field efficiently. A tracking experiment with the moving target object evaluates the effectiveness of the zoom control in visual servo.
