수공간-수변주거단지 간 연계성 분석에 관한 연구

The demand of housing in the waterfront is increasing, Since there are many advantages such as comfort and view. However, with the exception of the landscape, there is no difference of plan element between the waterfront residential estates and general residential complex. Also, it is difficult to say 'Waterfront Residential', because most of the housing near the water in Korea is physically separated from water with fences, park and other physical elements. So, The aim of this study is to find out connectivity between waterside and residential complex by analyzing the cases. And it can be used as basic data for making improved waterfront residential estate plan.
