Optimization Model of Genetic Algorithm About Heat Exchange Parameters of Hot Rolling Work Rolls

The boundary heat exchange parameters are the critical parameters of high-accuracy temperature field computation of hot rolling work rolls.Heat boundary conditions of hot rolling work rolls are analyzed and the practical temperature field model is established.The key heat exchange parameters of work rolls are optimized using improved genetic algorithm and new calibration method of sufficiency value.Simulation and experiment results indicate that the optimization model is practical and reliable,and can be applied to the determination of heat exchange parameters of work rolls in the production practice.
