A bed type magnetic field treatment device capable of operating a driving trajectory and pattern of a magnetic field probe proposed by the present invention comprises: a magnetic field generating unit including a magnetic field probe located in a lower part of a supporting surface of the bed type magnetic field treatment device; a driving unit for rotating and moving the magnetic field probe along a predetermined trajectory and pattern or along a trajectory and pattern determined by a user operation; a magnetic field output control unit and a driving control unit; and a display unit for displaying the driving trajectory and pattern of the magnetic field probe. Therefore, the device enables a patient to receive treatment while lying or sitting or face down in a comfortable and free position, and can be easily adjusted and operated over a wide range of areas of the human body.
