로켓 연소후류 냉각을 위한 냉각수 분사노즐 형상설계

The exhaust gas of rocket engine has a characteristics of high speed and high temperature plume. Protecting damage induced plume, most of launchers prepared cooling system. In this study, the shape of cooling water spray nozzle of KSLV-1 launcher was investigated. The basic shapes of cooling water spray nozzle for KSLV-II launcher with three dimensional CAD model can be generated from those investigations. The dispersed configuration of cooling water is presented as computational fluid dynamic study of newly designed spray nozzle.
