Parametrizations in control problems

The results described in the previous chapters all have a signal processing flavour, in that the objective has been to minimize the performance degradation of filters due to errors caused either by the FWL implementation of their coefficients, or by the FWL computations, or both. The performance degradation has been encapsulated by a variety of measures, and the solutions have been in the form of optimal implementations in the class of all similar realizations of a given transfer function.
